Our newest release, the aromas are sweet and inviting with fresh lemon and lime, followed by pineapple and “Jolly Rancher” green apple. Upon first taste, the 2007 Blanc de Blancs delivers delicious flavors of green apple, fresh honeydew melon and lemon custard. The palate finishes with a pleasant acidity that is crisp, long and lingering.

Food & Wine Tasting Room Experience

On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, a special 12:00 PM Food and Wine session will be available as an event option. Following your educational tour of our property and caves, you will receive a specially designed tasting of five delightful small bites with four of our sparkling wines and our Cabernet Sauvignon. This event’s fee is $65 per person.
